• Review overall condition of exterior
• Inspect for signs of damage or vandalism
• Ensure your outside service providers are doing their job
• Inspect for signs of mold or mildew
• Confirm water is shut off
• Confirm garage doors are working
• Have garbage cans powerwashed after last garbage pick up of season 

• Ensure all windows, doors and screening are locked, secure and free of damage
• Check for signs of insects or pests
• Water indoor plants if required
• Check smoke detectors with shutdown of home
• Look for any signs of water leaks in walls and ceilings
• Check sinks, toilets and hot water heater for signs of leaks or mildew
• Flush toilets, run water in sinks, showers and tubs
• Check thermostat, humidistat and A/C
• Ensure refrigerator/freezer is running properly
• Check electric box

Prior to your arrival a thorough deep clean will be done. All appliances and utilities will be checked to make sure in working order as well. Upon your departure after season, we can do a proper shut down.  A thorough clean. All perishables thrown away. Garbage thrown away and all garbage cans disinfected. Water turned off. 

We will purchase, deliver, and put away.
